我已了解您Office for mac 2016 频繁崩溃的问题，请问您安装Office后就出现了这样的问题，还是您做了哪些操作之后出现了这样的问题？出现问题的原因可能是由于第三方优化软件造成的，建议您可以尝试使用干净启动，来排除第三方软件的干扰，干净启动步骤：

1、右键点击开始菜单，选择运行；

2、在运行中输入msconfig；

3、找到“服务”，点击左下方的“隐藏所有Microsoft服务”之后点击“全部禁用”；

4、然后单击“重新启动”。

5、当您收到以下消息时，请单击以选中“在 Windows 启动时不显示此信息或启动系统配置实用程序”复选框，然后单击“确定”。

Office for mac 2016 这个是在mac上用的，您的解决方法是PC上的。所以您的解决办法无效····
