When I registered for groupme, I logged in with facebook, and when I verified my mobile phone number, I entered a google voice number, and the prompt message was: Please enter a valid phone number，please help me

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10 build are you running - 2004, 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2?I suspect that the program is asking for a real phone number & not a Google voice number. You would need to enter a mobile/cell phone number.
Ensure the Google voice number is of the correct format including the Country code.
If none of these help then you’d need to contact Google as they offer the phone service.

This problem has nothing to do with the pc computer, it is an application on the mobile phone, as you said, when using the google voice number, it prompts "please enter a valid phone number", but this problem is still the same when using my physical card!

I have offered a solution but you have not replied to say whether this has worked or not.
As Google, Groupme nor Facebook are Microsoft products then I cannot help you further if the suggestion did not work.
