    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community Support.

    According to this issue, may I know if on the first computer, which application did you use to open the Word document? Please provide a screenshot of the properties again but when you try to set default application for *.docx files with Microsoft Word application. For the second given screenshot, it seems like the *.docx file was opened with WPS Office.

    Please also let me know if you are syncing this file from OneDrive on the first computer as well.
