Subject: Request for Refund of Unused Microsoft 365 Family Subscription

Dear Microsoft Support,

Greetings. I am a user from China, and I would like to request your assistance regarding a recent issue with my Microsoft account (Account Email: ******@qq.com).

Some time ago, while working on a school assignment, I unintentionally activated a Microsoft 365 Family subscription. At the time, my Alipay account was linked due to a previous purchase of a Microsoft game. However, I have not used the Microsoft 365 Family service at all during the past year.

As a student, the charge of 498 RMB represents a significant expense for me. Therefore, I kindly ask if you could verify the usage records of my account and consider issuing a refund for the unused subscription.

是说2024/06/04日，无意中订阅了Microsoft 365家庭版？如果是年度订阅，这都已经完成订阅期了哦。

如果是默认续订的话，可以进 Microosoft账户主页 - 订阅，找到2025年度的订阅，取消订阅，申请退款。
