Downdetector (第三方互联网服务状况实时监控平台) 数据显示，2025 年 12 月 5 日 22:00 - 6 日 1:00，Microsoft Azure、365、Store 等多个服务出现了一定规模的中断 / 降级 (如下图)。

在此期间，较多用户报告称遇到了以下问题中的一个或多个：

• 无法访问 Microsoft 网站
• 无法登录 Microsoft 账户
• 无法使用 Microsoft 365 (Office) 等产品
• (包括但不限于以上问题)

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Before trying fixes, are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account on your Android device?

This error often relates to account authentication or device compliance rules for organizational accounts, and I recommend checking if other Microsoft apps can sign in, and clearing the Office app cache or reinstalling if needed, and confirming the device meets your organization’s security requirements.
