Based on what you've shared, it looks like your academic status was successfully verified using your university email, but the Azure for Students subscription couldn’t be activated on that account because it had already initiated a standard free trial. Unfortunately, Azure only allows one promotional offer per account, so once a free trial is started, the student offer becomes unavailable for that same account.
To access the Azure for Students benefits, you’ll need to use a different Microsoft account that hasn’t redeemed any free offers yet. I recommend creating a new Microsoft account and verifying it again using your university email -> this should allow you to activate the student plan without affecting your current environment. If preserving your existing setup is critical, you can continue using the free trial and explore student benefits separately.
