    To update or change your payment method for your Office 365 Subscription,

    1. Sign in to the Services & subscriptions page with your Microsoft account using this link: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Find your subscription in the list, select Manage, and then select Change how you pay.

    When you select Change how you pay, you’ll see a list of your current payment options.

    1. If you don’t see the option you want, select Add a new way to pay from that list and follow the on-screen instructions.

    If you are still having trouble with the payments, get in touch with the Microsoft Accounts & Billing support for assistance:

    Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

    Type Talk to an agent then click Get Help.

    At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.

    Select Other Products then Billing and Account Profile questions then Confirm.

    Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
