Hello Microsoft Support,

I am experiencing delayed or missing transactional emails to my Outlook.com account (******@outlook.com).

The sender is ******@finsure.com.au.

Details:

  • Verification emails are sometimes delivered hours later in bulk.
  • One verification email sent at 9:26 AM (UTC+0800) has not been delivered at all.
  • Other email providers receive these emails immediately.
  • The sender is added to Safe Senders.
  • No rules are configured in the mailbox.
  • The issue only affects this Outlook.com account.

This appears to be a server-side delay, filtering, throttling, or greylisting issue.

Could you please:

  1. Check whether emails from ******@finsure.com.au are being delayed or filtered.
  2. Confirm if there are reputation or anti-spam restrictions affecting this sender.
  3. Advise whether any mailbox-level configuration is causing delayed delivery.
