edge经常性出现错误

在我使用Windows 11版本时，经常在使用edge时会出现ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED的提示，无论打开哪种网页都会有这种提示，但是：

有时候更改DNS为手动的时候就会没有问题

开启clash for Windows时也可以正常浏览

在edge刚刚启动时也不会出现ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED的提示，会过一段时间，大约五到十分钟。

Hello,

It sounds like the proxy software you mentioned is modifying your system network settings and not reverting them when closed. This causes Edge to look for a connection on your local machine that doesn't exist until you launch that app.

Go to Windows Settings, select Network & internet, then click on Proxy. Under the Manual proxy setup section, look for Use a proxy server. Make sure this toggle is switched to Off.

Once that is off, try browsing in Edge without opening the other software and see if the connection errors stop.
