outlook邮箱收不到工商银行的邮件，1月都可以收，2月就收不了。其他发的邮件都可以。垃圾邮件也没有。

Are you using Outlook on the web or the desktop app? Please check Junk Email, Clutter, and any Inbox rules that might move or delete messages. Also, verify ICBC’s domain is not on your Blocked senders list. If nothing shows, contact ICBC to confirm they are sending messages to the correct address, since Outlook only delivers emails successfully sent from the sender.

Just want to check with you if there is any potential rules with Outlook that blocked email sent from ICBC address ending with the icbc.com.cn, as i even was not able to receive the email directly asking ICBC to send to my email.
