  • year
    要应用夏时制期间的年份。

返回值

year 小于 1 或大于 9999。

备注

每年只支持一个夏时制期间。

如果在当前时区中不使用夏时制,则返回值为 DaylightTime,其中 StartEnd 的值为 DateTime.MinValueDaylightTime.Delta 的值为初始化为 0 刻度的 TimeSpan
