UnhandledExceptionEventArgs provides access to the exception object and to a flag that indicates whether the common language runtime is terminating. The UnhandledExceptionEventArgs is one of the parameters passed into UnhandledExceptionEventHandler for the AppDomain.UnhandledException event.
