This article lists the various features and solutions that are deprecated in Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial services accelerator

Effective July 1, 2021, Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial services accelerator is deprecated, and is not available for download.

Remove the accelerator

Integration of Intelligent appointments with Virtual Appointments

Effective July 31, 2023, integration of Intelligent appointments with Virtual Appointments is deprecated, and is not available for deployment. Existing users can continue to use the feature as usual if they've already deployed and configured it.

Customer intelligence

Effective September 1, 2023, Customer intelligence is deprecated and retired, and is not available for deployment.

Loan tracker and sample loan onboarding portal

Effective September 1, 2023, loan tracker and sample loan onboarding portal are deprecated, and are not available for deployment. Existing users can continue to use the features as usual if they've already deployed and configured the features.

Collaboration Manager for Loans

Effective September 1, 2023, Collaboration Manager for Loans is deprecated, and is not available for deployment. Existing users can continue to use the feature as usual if they've already deployed and configured it.
