win32dependencies：ExternalDependency 仅适用于使用 Microsoft 应用安装程序应用的安装。 如果使用任何其他机制（例如 PackageManager API、Powershell cmdlet、Microsoft Intune 或其他任何机制）安装包，则忽略 win32dependencies：ExternalDependency。
