MemberDescriptor.FillAttributes(IList) 方法

當在衍生類別中覆寫時，將繼承類別的屬性加入父類別中屬性的指定清單。

IList具有屬性的 會建立一次。 如果清單中有重複的屬性，則只會儲存第一個實例;所有後續重複的屬性都會從清單中移除。
