EdmFunctions.Year(DbExpression) 方法

建立 DbFunctionExpression，其會利用指定的引數叫用標準的 'Month' 函式，而該引數必須是 DateTime 或 DateTimeOffset 結果類型。 運算式的結果類型為 Edm.Int32。
