傳回 BindingExpression，代表指定屬性的繫結。

如果目標屬性具有使用中的繫結程序，則為 BindingExpression；否則會傳回 null。
檢查 的傳回值 null 是可用來判斷屬性是否有作用中系結的技術。
這個方法實際上只是方法的 BindingOperations.GetBindingExpression 便利包裝函式。
GetBindingExpression 將目前的實例和 dp 參數傳遞至 BindingOperations.GetBindingExpression 。
