當 UnhandledException 程式碼透過 Dispatcher 擲回未處理的例外狀況時，就會發生此事件。
事件 UnhandledExceptionFilter 提供一種方法來不引發 UnhandledException 事件。 事件 UnhandledExceptionFilter 會先引發，如果 RequestCatch 上的 DispatcherUnhandledExceptionFilterEventArgs 設定為 false ， UnhandledException 則不會引發事件。
