Unable to log in to Microsoft Authenticator after accidentally deleting it from phone

As an IT person, the company's administrative account was because I accidentally deleted Microsoft Authenticator from my phone. Now, after my phone reinstalls, I can't sign in to Microsoft Authenticator. During the verification process, the program sends a verification message to the same phone, and I won't be able to access the phone without logging in. How do I fix this? Thank you.
