Azure 個人帳號 申請的tenant 登入時發生錯誤

朋友很久以前以個人帳號申請azure試用之後幾年都沒再使用,最近想將地端的服務移上去想去使用,但餘登入後出現 "interaction_required: AADSTS16000: User account '{EUII Hidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'e6694c91-1590-4e35-9bb7-xxxxxxxx'(Microsoft_Azure_SupportPortalExtension) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. Trace ID: 46b9405e-ae46-424e-8867-xxxxxxxxxx Correlation ID: dd31e764-e0af-41f8-b827-38xxxxxxx Timestamp: 2025-04-01 05:33:05Z" 錯誤, 經查應該是目錄不在了,但又想使用當時申請的tenant,不知是否有管道可申請?
