Bluetooth connection problem and looking for A2DP driver download direction

Question

I have a JBL flip 3 speaker and trying to connect to my Windows 7 business version desktop; unfortunately, I have been experiencing a difficulty when pairing the speaker with my computer.

I have tried to contact with  JBL technical assistant team and they said I need to download an A2DP stereo audio streaming driver. However, I cannot find this driver on Microsoft website. Therefore, does anyone know where I can download this driver or any other solutions I can solve this questions?

I have tried to contact with JBL and ask for the driver. And they said the same situation has happened on Windows 7 so many times. Their driver cannot solve this problem, and I need to ask for the A2DP Audio driver from Windows manufacturer. Therefore, in your opinion, what do you think I can do to solve this problem?

這個問題要從電腦廠商那邊更新電腦上藍牙設備模塊來嘗試解決。

這個A2DP技術是需要硬體本身支援，如果本身不支援，應該是沒別的辦法解決。
