how to get my slim pem fix within warranty. i cannot get in touch with anybody and there is no solution what so ever

The following are the complete steps:

1. Use your personal Microsoft account (not your organization account) to access the following links:

Contact - Microsoft Support

 

2. Type my slim pem needs fix, press Enter, and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:

3. Make your selection according to the following screenshot, and then click Confirm:

4. You will see contact options for Chat support and Phone support, please contact them during business hours:

Only the first two options can contact the Surface technical support team. The third option will directly redirect to the service order creation page. The fourth option may not be applicable to your region.
