outlook無法夾帶檔案寄送

平日outlook(hotmail)寄送郵件往來正常

今天突然發現,無法夾帶檔案寄送郵件傳送

其他測試都正常,可以收到夾帶檔案信件

郵箱空間也有剩餘空間,麻煩提供此問題的處理方式,謝謝

    My sincere apologies for the problem with your emails, I am a user myself and understand how frustrating this can be.

    Several users seems to be experiencing this same issue at the moment especially emails with attachments, this is an indication its an issue with the Microsoft service. This has been reported and I will advise you try it much later, however we can try the basic troubleshooting's below for message issues;

    To help protect you and your recipients against computer viruses, Outlook blocks the sending and receiving of certain types of files (such as .exe and certain database files) as attachments. see details;

    1. Check if you have sufficient email storage space and if not delete some items to free up more storage space; https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2218097
    2. Add senders to the safe senders list: open Outlook, > go to settings > select See all Outlook settings > spam email > safe senders and domains > Add sender email https://support.microsoft.com/office/470d4ee6-e3b6-402b-8cd9-a6f00eda7339
    3. Check rules that may be active and direct emails to spam https://support.microsoft.com/office/4b094371-a5d7-49bd-8b1b-4e4896a7cc5d
    4. Check the blocked senders list to ensure senders were not added by accident; Go to Settings > See all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk Email > Blocked senders.
