You must speak with the administrator of your company to find out if external forwarding is allowed for your company (or for your account) in order to resolve this issue. Please take the following actions to verify and approve external forwarding for the entire organization:
- Sign to Office 365 admin center and navigate to Security > Threat management > Policy > Anti-spam
- Edit Outbound spam filter policy and set Automatic forwarding to On - Forwarding is enabled:
Alternatively, your administrator can designate a new, personalized outbound spam policy to your account and turn on automatic external email forwarding. It can take a while for the modifications to become effective.
