If you subscribed to an Office 365 plan and canceled it before the trial period ended, you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund amount should reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.

You can also sign in with your Microsoft account using the link here to check the status of your refund request.

Select the product. It will show the refund status.

沒有提供第二次試用，第二次就直接扣款當成訂閱了。
