How to change profile information during azure account registration?

Question

Hi, I am currently registering for an azure account to begin using azure app service, inputted some details of the profile information incorrectly and already pressed next. I haven't completed the full registration yet as I haven't submit the payment details yet, but now I am locked from changing everything on the "profile information" page (just need to change the items other than "country/region"). Are there any ways to revert this?
