此 QueryContinueDrag 事件會在拖放作業期間發生，並允許拖曳來源判斷是否應該取消拖放作業。 指定 QueryContinueDragEventArgs 拖放作業應該如何繼續、是否按下任何修飾詞鍵，以及使用者是否按下 ESC 鍵。
