要離開的功能表。
menuSite 為 null。
元件會呼叫此方法，以離開輸入管理員的功能表模式。 會 menuSite 釋放視窗訊息的特殊許可權存取權。
呼叫這個方法會導致開啟功能表的內部計數遞減，並將屬性設定 IsInMenuMode 為 false，如果這是最後一個要關閉的功能表。
