癥狀
當您在 Microsoft Office Excel 2007 中開啟特定檔案時，如果檔案位於名稱很長的資料夾中，您會收到下列錯誤訊息：
'<filename>.<extension>' could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct. If you are trying to open the file from your list of most recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved, or deleted.

之所以發生此行為，是因為 2007 Office 套件、Microsoft Office 2003 和 Microsoft Office XP 在資料夾名稱中具有 256 個字符的字元限制。

若要解決此行為，請確定檔案的路徑包含少於 256 個字元。 若要解決此問題，請使用下列其中一種方法：
- 重新命名檔案，使其名稱較短。
- 重新命名包含檔案的一或多個資料夾，使其名稱較短。
- 將檔案移至路徑名稱較短的資料夾。

Word 2002：

備註
這項限制包含三個字元，代表磁碟驅動器、資料夾名稱中的字元、資料夾之間的反斜杠字元，以及檔名中的字元。
