I need to install latest version but anytime I try this error appears on my screen. I'm not good informatician so I would really appreciate help

You can try to uninstall all the Visual C++ Redistributable items in Programs and Features.
Then, retry the installation.

Could you tell me how you install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 x86 Minimum Runtime – 14.36.32532?
Please re-download the latest supported Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 version from the page.
Then, use the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter tool to install it again.

I just fixed this problem myself! You have to repair the installation using an installer of the same version. Then you will be able to uninstall it!
I found mine here: https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads/ Searching "C++ Redistributable" brought up the options. It was a little tricky to find the right version because the version number listed and the version number when I opened the installer did not match, so it was a bit of trial and error finding the right one. But, I found it and was able to repair then uninstall!
