When I was installed and run 'AutoCAD 2023' program, The POP-UP like above that, display on my desktop.

If I choose ok, an error like the second picture will appear,

and if I press cancel, the installation will be cancelled.

How can I solve this problem?

    Hi @강한솔 강한솔,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

It seems that the previous version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable blocks the installation. Please open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, search ‘Visual C++’ to check if you have ”Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable - 14.23.27820” installed, uninstall it.

Or you can download the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter tool , run the tool to uninstall all ‘Microsoft Visual C++ …14.23.27820’ items.

Then reboot your computer and reinstall the 'AutoCAD 2023' program.

You can also try to install the latest supported VC++ redistributable from the page

    Sincerely,

    Anna
