Hi All, I want to create a custom role in the Exchange Online Admin Center where I can provide specific users with Read access to Recipients. That is, under Recipients, I want to grant read access to the following: Please guide me.

Mailboxes, Groups (Microsoft 365, Distribution List, Dynamic Distribution List, Mail-enabled security), Resources, and Contacts

     Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

     Based on your description, you need to create a role group as follows:

    1. In the EAC, find Roles->Admin rules, and select Add Rule Group.

    1. Fill in the basic information for the new role group and select View-Only Recipients in Permissions.

    1. Finally add specific members for that role group and save.
