What exactly is ADIbizaUX?

I keep seeing posts about this application online, most of which are questioning the validity of the application due to unattended sign-in requests to it.

How can there be user sign-in logs attempting to access ADIBizaUX if it isn't even a registered application in your tenant?

ADIbizaUX - (Active Directory Ibiza UX) Active Directory Portal extension for Ibiza portal(portal.windowsazure.com).

Active Directory Ibiza UX is a stateless UI service built on top of Ibiza SDK to be used in portal.azure.com portal to allow UX in the Ibiza portal for IAM services. It is comprised of 2 services (but which work only together for meaningful operation) - frontend (hosted by azure portal hosting service), and backend (deployed by WARM/EAP).

Mostly this extension is called non-interactively when Graph, Sync with customer attributes etc. API's are called.

For example navigated to Azure portal followed by Entra ID at 11:38, there were calls made by IAM supportability to this extension (ADIbizaUX)
