I have a document that is 74 pages long. I could print it to my Brother black and white laser printer as a full document but when I tried to print it on my Brother color laser, it would only print up to 48 pages. I then tried to print page 49 to 74 and it would not print! I tried to print again in full and it only printed up to 38 pages! Why?!! I've searched online and tried the various suggestions to no avail. Updated my printer driver (it's a new one) and even added USB line for direct connection. Unplugged and plugged it back in. Still same situation. Is there a reason for it within the Word document. I use the latest version of Word and with Microsoft 365 plan. I even saved it as PDF file with same results. Argh! It could be the printer itself, but thought I'll post it here to see if anyone can recommend something. Printer is Brother HL-L3220CDW. Thanks!

Did this problem appear in all Word documents?
How about other Office products?
I suggest you try to copy and paste as text into a new document and check if you can print pages without problem.
I also suggest you go to File- Options- Display- Printing Options- check the option 'Update fields before printing':

I checked and found the update fields which had already been checked. It's just that one document as far as I've figured out. The photos / charts are same as usual as I've used on other documents. I'll try to see if I can break it up into two files or copy/paste it into a new document. It's just so much work with 74 pages. Ugh. Will try that method this weekend and see if that helped. Thanks again and I'll let you know.
