E-mail sent from shared mailbox of new outlook

Hello everyone, how are you?

I added a shared mailbox to my new outlook, but when I send e-mails it does not appear in e-mails sent from the shared mailbox, it goes directly to my sent emails. Remembering that this is only happening in the new outlook when I do the same test for the old one it works normally.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Based on my research, i'm afraid that you need to switch to legacy Outlook to use this feature.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
