    Hi @Dieter Greis ,

    According to my research, Outlook currently only supports opening EML files, however, it does not provide a built-in method to import them.

    1. Start MS Outlook on your PC.
    2. Navigate to the path where your EML files are stored and select them.
    3. Drag & drop the chosen files into a folder in Outlook.

    Also, if you’re using the new Outlook for Windows, you can use drag and drop to open email messages saved with the extension .eml. If the file doesn’t open in new Outlook, it might not be set as the default app for these file types. To update this, you can change the default programs in Windows.

    If you have a large number of EML files, it might be more efficient to use a dedicated EML to PST converter tool.
