@Esile-1448, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, I find a link describe a similar issue on iOS. It mentioned one possible setting "Org data notifications" in app protection policy can affect. Please check if we have such app protection policy set for the user and set allow to see if the issue can be fixed.

However, if the issue still persists, please collect the following information to verify:
1 Unenroll the device from Intune and test if the issue persists.
2.Test the same account on other device to see if the issue persists.
3.How many users affect? If we compare the working and not working users, can we get any difference with the policies applied on them.
