We have received from user that she finds the option function in Lock Screen (refer to attached capture) but she cannot click it, because it will resume to un-click after reflashed.

Refer to company's policy, it should not be modified by users.

To prevent any confusing with users, how can I hide, locked (may say gray) or disable this option to prevent users modify it. I am appreciated the solution can be apply to Group Policy or Registry.

Thanks

    Hello

To disable the "Get fun facts, tips, tricks, and more on your lock screen" option and prevent users from modifying it, you can follow these steps:

Open the Local Group Policy Editor:

Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, and press Enter.

Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> News and Interests.

Set "Enable news and interests on taskbar" to Disabled.

    Update Group Policy:

Press Win + R, type gpupdate, and press Enter to update the group policy.

    Modify the Registry (if necessary):

Open Registry Editor in admin mode.

    Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Lock Screen.

    Set TileMigrated key to 0.

Delete AutoSelectNewsAndInterestOnLockScreen key if it exists.

These steps should disable the option and prevent it from being modified by users.
