How can I disable email notifications when modifications are made

We have a company Microsoft Teams account, and I struggle with the amount of notifications sent to my team every time I make a small change in the meeting invitation.

For example, I am organizing a webinar and have changed the information written in the invitation (like small orthographic mistakes, or maybe that the meeting room was not taken correctly and I need to re-reserve it, or maybe a recurring meeting that was put on a holiday or weekend by mistake and I need to cancel that particular meeting from their calendars, etc.). The issue that people don´t like is that every time I make changes, it sends out an email notification to everyone who has registered for the webinar.

I've tried looking at the webinar settings and the Teams Admin Center, but I can't find anything related to email notifications.

Is there any way to disable this?

    Hi @Karen Giacaman

Currently, notification emails when changing the date and time of a webinar cannot be disabled. This is by design of Teams.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
