Experiencing persistent sign-in errors and issues with the new version of Outlook can be frustrating. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection. Poor or intermittent connectivity can sometimes cause sign-in issues with Outlook.

Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser or Outlook app. Sometimes, corrupted cache or cookies can interfere with the sign-in process.

Verify Account Credentials: Double-check that you are entering the correct username and password for your Outlook accounts. Pay attention to any uppercase or lowercase letters, as passwords are case-sensitive.

Update Outlook App: If you're using the Outlook desktop app or mobile app, make sure that you have the latest version installed. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address sign-in issues.

Check Account Settings: Review the account settings in Outlook to ensure that they are configured correctly. Pay attention to settings related to account security, authentication methods, and account permissions.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you have 2FA enabled for your Outlook accounts, make sure that you are correctly entering the secondary authentication code when prompted. Sometimes, issues can arise if the 2FA code is mistyped or if there are synchronization issues between the authentication system and the app.

Temporary Disable Antivirus/Firewall: Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software on your device and then try signing in to Outlook again. Sometimes, security software can block legitimate sign-in attempts.

Try Different Browser/App: If you're using Outlook on the web, try signing in using a different web browser or a private browsing window to rule out browser-related issues. Similarly, if you're using the desktop or mobile app, try signing in from a different device or reinstalling the app to see if the issue persists.

Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can provide specialized troubleshooting steps and help you diagnose and fix any underlying problems with your Outlook accounts.
