Hi All, I have an Office 365 unified group with an associated SharePoint site. This unified group consists of 10 owners and 700 members. The SharePoint site contains 30TB of data, and one of the owners of the SharePoint site wants to clean up some data on it. The requirement is that, except for this one owner, none of the other owners or members of the unified group should access the SharePoint site. Since the unified group is heavily used for sending emails, I cannot modify the group members. How can I restrict access to this SharePoint site to only one owner?

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell,

Thank you for posting in this community.

We need to manage this SharePoint site in SharePoint Admin Center. So please contact your global administrator or SharePoint administrator for the following:

    1. Navigate to your SharePoint admin center, click on “Active Sites” and locate the SharePoint site associated with your 365 group. The URL for the SharePoint admin center is usually: https:// yourtenantName-admin.sharepoint.com/.

    1. Select this SharePoint Site and click the “Membership” button at the top. In the popup panel you can see all the members of the site and you can delete the members here. Please remember that you must keep a primary administrator in “site admins” otherwise no one will be able to access the site (the site will be inaccessible).
