One-Way Swaps in Shifts

Hello.
Our fire personnel have the benefit of being able to trade shifts. I've worked with the Swap request in Shifts and am wondering if there is a way to complete a one-way swap, without doing a day-for-day swap. Since our trades do not affect payroll, our personnel are not required to schedule the "payback" right away.

Also, is there a way to see the notes on the schedule that are placed in the requests?
