Hi,
when I added a gmail account to a team as a guest

The guest got the invitation and once click the invitation , he got the below , What does it mean and how can I fix the issue

You may already have an account

xxxxx(at)gmail.com is already being used with another Microsoft account. You should sign in with that account

If the email you are trying to add is already tied to another Microsoft account. You will need to use an alternate email or create a new one. If you want to use a different email address to sign in, please refer to:

The guest you invited should sign into their existing Microsoft account, and confirm that email with you to resend the invitation...
