Turns out it was an update to our devices that fixed issue which was applied from Microsoft.
All settings gregyed out
Have 3 room devices on win 10 tablets provided by vendors, 3 different sync'd O365 user/room accounts. When I go to the Microsoft Teams Rooms Premium portal I see the three rooms but my issue is that all my settings are greyed out and at a loss how to fix this please?

What do you do before this issue happened?
Do you check if the other two accounts can access the correct portal?
It recommends you contact the IT administrator to check if you have enough permission.
