Windows 10 Update KB5008212 error 0x800f0922

In the Update History:
Installed Successfully on 18/12/2021
Failed to install on 31/12/2021 - 0x800f0922
So it seems it did install on 18/12 but continues to fail to install it again!
Things I have tried from other advice found online:

  • Used Troubleshoot Update: no problems found
  • Run with Firewall disabled
    Any advice please on what to try next?

    Many thanks for your reply.
    Unfortunately neither Fix 1 nor Fix 2 solved my problem.
    In case it's useful, when I ran Fix 2, the DISM produced these messages:
    Version 10.0.19041.844
    Image Version 10.0.19044.1348
    A new driver also got installed during the update:
    Intel Software Component 1.63.1155.1
    I welcome any more suggestions.

    My post, that you deleted, was not spam and could well have been useful to anyone watching this problem as it detailed the excellent support I got from support technicians at RESTORO which I contrasted with how any posts here are followed-up or not.
    The final solution for me was a re-installation of Windows.
