There isn’t a version of Office Online Server specifically for Office LTSC. However, you can use the existing version of Office Online Server, which is available for download from the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) is retired. All VLSC functionalities can now be accessed through the Microsoft 365 admin center. For more information, see Frequently Asked Questions.
To download Office Online Server, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Navigate to Billing > Your products > Volume licensing > Downloads & Keys, and select the Office Online Server (2019) .iso files for all available languages.
Language packs for Office Online Server can be downloaded from the Microsoft Download Center.
