Formula applies to unwanted cells and they get wrapped in a blue border

Good morning, I am trying to put an if formula into some cells but whenever I try to enter the formula it autofills the cells below with the same formula, wraps them in a blue line as shown in the attached screen grab and when I try to fill the cells below manually I get a #spill error. Is there a way to turn this auto fill off? It is the last column with all 0's. I have data in another tab that I am making a more or less true or false to see if the items in the cic column are in another set using if and count if. If any other info would be helpful please let me know and thank you in advance.

Your formula returns more then one value, means it returns an array. This array (the values) are filled in the cells and you see the blue border around. Here is the article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dynamic-array-formulas-and-spilled-array-behavior-205c6b06-03ba-4151-89a1-87a7eb36e531

Change your formula to return one one value and you get the expected behavior.

Andreas.
