I have a person Microsoft Office 365 subscription that is current. Recently I needed to purchase a new computer as my old one is experiencing problems. I downloaded Office on the new computer and I am able to log in successfully but can only access Outlook and nothing else. When I try to open Excel or Word, I get a message to purchase a subscription which I already have.

Log into https://account.microsoft.com/services using the same account you used for the original subscription. You should see your subscription listed there with an "Install" button. You can use that button to remove the association of Microsoft 365 with the old computer and install it on the new computer.

After realizing that my Microsoft account was created under a previous name with a former email address, I was able to successfully install! Thank you so much for the help.
