Will I lose my Outlook email account because I am unsubscribing from Microsoft 365 because of the payment plan increasing its price? I unsubscribe on 22nd February. Thank you so much

No, you will still be able to use your email account in the free version of Outlook Online (https://outlook.live.com)

Keep in mind that storage space on Onedrive (which includes space for email messages) will be reduced from 1 TB to 5 GB, so check your Onedrive use before the 22nd.
