how to change my credit card info for my Microsoft 365 charge?

I recently had to change my Discover card account which I use to pay for my monthly Microsoft 365 subscription, and I need to find out where to update or edit this account information. I thought I could do this on the MS we site(s) but cannot locate that option or correct page. Does anyone know where that is or know the link to resolve this? If so, please advise.

Thank you!

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To change your credit card information for your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can access your Microsoft account settings online and update your payment options.

To update your credit card for your Microsoft 365 subscription, here's what you can do:

> Go to the Microsoft account page: https://account.microsoft.com/services

> Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your subscription.

> Find your Microsoft 365 subscription under "Services & subscriptions."

> Click "Manage" next to the subscription.

> Then look for the "Change how you pay" or "Edit payment info" option. You can update your card details there or add a new payment method.

If you run into any trouble or don’t see those options, feel free to let me know what you’re seeing (Don't share screenshots, the Community is public) I'll do my best to help walk you through it.

Microsoft will not accept my New (Replacement) Credit Card Details.

I continuously receive the following Message on the Page where I attempted to Update and Provided my New (Replacement) Credit Card Details.

Check that the details in all fields are correct or try a different card.

I have checked the details that I filled in and they are definitely correct.

I have tried to Update and Provide my new details on at least Ten occasions but the same thing keeps on happening.

The details that I have included are definitely correct.

I now don’t know what to do or how or who to contact.

I look forward to hopefully receiving an answer to this extremely frustrating problem.

    Thank you.

    Cheers Craig
